Hynes Charter School is seeking an exceptional educational leader to serve as an administrative member of the Instructional Leadership Team for our K–8 school community at Hynes-Parkview. Key Responsibilities
The administrator will:
- Partner with the instructional leadership team to advance the school's vision, mission, and strategic priorities.
- Support the implementation of high-quality instructional systems that promote academic excellence for all students.
- Coach, support, and develop teachers through observation, feedback, professional learning, and collaborative planning.
- Help establish, monitor, and evaluate schoolwide goals and action plans.
- Foster a positive school culture that promotes student achievement, belonging, and well-being.
- Lead and support initiatives related to student behavior, attendance, family engagement, and school operations.
- Analyze academic, behavioral, and operational data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to implement innovative solutions that improve student outcomes.
- Serve as a visible, positive presence throughout the school community.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (required) Master's degree (strongly preferred) in Educational Leadership or related field.
- Louisiana Educational Leadership certification (or eligibility).
- Successful experience as a teacher leader, instructional coach, assistant principal, or school administrator.
- Demonstrated success leading teams and improving student outcomes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to equity, excellence, and continuous learning.
